In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth sailing for the vessels and the satisfaction of our seafarers.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Planning Crew Schedules:
Your main task will be organizing crew schedules to optimize ship performance while considering the career aspirations of the seafarers.Legal Compliance:
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements related to crewing quotas, safe manning, and recording of days sailed are met.Communication and Coordination:
Maintain daily contact with crew members both onboard and at home.
This includes arranging flights, visas, and updating planning schedules as needed.RequirementsWhat do you bring?Personal Qualities:

While prior experience in planning or HR is preferred, it's not mandatory.
Similarly, experience in the maritime industry or at sea is advantageous but not necessary.Education:
A master's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but again, not a strict requirement.We are the intermediary in this, so we will do the initial introductory interviews with you.
